With the time to enter the Westpac Auckland Business Awards 2014 nearly at an end, businesses have two more weeks to make sure they receive all the benefits which come from entering the Awards.
The regional Awards, hosted by Auckland Chamber of Commerce with the support of Auckland Tourism Events and Economic Development (ATEED) offer businesses a chance to be rewarded for their excellence, share their stories and their successes. Entries are free.
“By entering the Awards, business owners and managers get to step back from the day to day busyness and see how far they have come. It is an opportunity to acknowledge the business’s achievements and to recognise the team effort that goes into making a business successful,” says Auckland Chamber CEO Michael Barnett.
“The streamlined entry process this year requires only a small time investment once businesses collate the required information. The benefits of reviewing your business, and the strategic thinking which entries require, are much greater than just winning an Award. The publicity from being a category finalist is fantastic for raising an organisation’s profile in Auckland among peers and potential customers,” he says.
It is still possible to book a free facilitation session to assist with entries through Auckland Chamber of Commerce, until Friday 20 June.
Entries close at 4pm on 26 June, and more information about the Awards – together with an entry form – can be found at www.aucklandbusinessawards.co.nz.
