CadetMax matches your business with talented young people who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ambition to succeed.

The programme is an innovative partnership between the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Social Development, aimed at placing young people into entry level and work experience positions. It is available free-of-charge to businesses in the Auckland region.

Every cadet receives pre-employment screening, assessment and training to ensure they are work-ready, and ongoing mentoring for their first year of employment. Since 2008 CadetMax has helped more than 700 young people get their careers started.
