Seeking: Events Co-ordinator, Assistant, Management / Marketing Assistant / Project Management / Data Entry / Office Admin / Contact Centre

I take pride in getting things done by being organised and efficient, have a thirst for knowledge and am not afraid to tackle a range of responsibilities or new tasks. I am a people person and am comfortable communicating and working with the myriad of cultures that makes the City of Sails unique.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Sound knowledge of event management systems and processes with the ability to deliver quality events from concept, design to effective implementation
  • Proficient at interviewing people over the phone to conduct a variety of surveys
  • Ability to convey ideas / messages clearly and effectively through good verbal / written communication
  • Experience managing databases to facilitate effective analysis to extract and interpret data as required

Computer Skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher), Database management using Excel, Google Drive, Silverstripe, Mail Chimp, Events Pro

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts (Event Management)
