Seeking: Administrator/Data Entry/Office Administration/Reception

An innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic administrative professional with sound knowledge of organisational systems, policies and procedures, capable of working independently as well as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage all administrative duties efficiently and effectively while maintaining and monitoring systems and processes
  • Excellent problem solving skills with an aptitude to formulate solutions quickly whilst focussing on achieving the best result for both the organisation and the client
  • Demonstrated success in administrative support on large projects
  • Proven effectiveness in the organisation of complex records

Computer Skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)
IES (Integrated Education Software), ERS (Electronic Receipting System),
MOE sites which include NSI (National Student Index) STEO (Services for Tertiary Education Organisations), NZQA

Qualifications: National Certificate in Business Administration and Computing (Level 2), National Certificate in Retail (Level 2)
