Seeking: CRM Functional Consultant/Personal Assistant

SAP CRM Consultant, with a strong background in IT, business support and customer services committed to providing effective and efficient business solutions in fast paced environments. My ability to be flexible and adaptable to different working environments ensures consistent positive outcomes are achieved for both the client and the organisation.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to analyse business procedures, identify the gaps and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software SAP CRM
  • Capable of setting up test scenarios, test cases and perform / support Unit Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Able to design websites, analyse data and present the conclusions in a clear concise way
  • IT security skills, including knowledge of a wide range of security and firewall software packages

Computer Skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP (CRM, ERP, Adobe Dreamweaver

Qualifications: Master Degree in Computer Science/ Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems
