Seeking: Admin/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant/ Receptionist/Customer Service

An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with exceptional organisational and time management skills who thrives in a varied work environment. I take ownership of my role and responsibilities, love supporting teams by proactively anticipating their needs to ensure efficient and productive outcomes are achieved.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to adapt to changing work environments and pressures while exposed to a range of diverse roles and industries
  • Proficient in support of Board Management including preparation of papers, agendas, taking minutes of meetings and monitoring follow up action points
  • Extensive experience managing diaries, organising travel itineraries, visas & foreign currency
  • Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of cash floats and petty cash
  • Confident at organising conferences and meetings on & off site

Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Groupwise, Visio, MYOB, MFG-Pro, Vault.
