Seeking: Admin/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant/ Receptionist/Customer Service

Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to adapt to changing work environments and pressures while exposed to a range of diverse roles and industries
- Proficient in support of Board Management including preparation of papers, agendas, taking minutes of meetings and monitoring follow up action points
- Extensive experience managing diaries, organising travel itineraries, visas & foreign currency
- Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of cash floats and petty cash
- Confident at organising conferences and meetings on & off site
Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Groupwise, Visio, MYOB, MFG-Pro, Vault.
