Seeking: HR Co-Ordinator/Administration

Human Resource, Employment Relations, and Management graduate with a strong foundation of business knowledge and emotional intelligence. Passionate about proactively engaging with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of planning, recruitment, training and development, remuneration, discipline and dismissal functions
  • Experience liaising with and working alongside a vast variety of employees - from frontline production to department heads
  • Understanding and supporting of EEO and multicultural sensitivities
  • Experience recommending innovative solutions through understanding core values

Computer Skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, MS, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business - Human Resource Management, Employment Relations and Management.
