- Understanding of planning, recruitment, training and development, remuneration, discipline and dismissal functions
- Experience liaising with and working alongside a vast variety of employees - from frontline production to department heads
- Understanding and supporting of EEO and multicultural sensitivities
- Experience recommending innovative solutions through understanding core values
Computer Skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, MS, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business - Human Resource Management, Employment Relations and Management.
