- Able to analyse, investigate, research, assess pros/cons in order to make astute decisions and produce comprehensive reports based on facts/figures
- Ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally though excellent communication and listening skills

Qualifications: Masters in Industrial/Organisational Psychology
