Seeking: Administration/Accounting clerk role
Key Skills and Experience:
- New Zealand and overseas experience in educational and service organisations
- Wide knowledge of financial and accounting systems
- Efficient and reliable administration and customer service skills
- Able to do information management and analysis, financial statements, accounts receivable and payment control and reconciliations
- Able to write training manuals and testing plans from development to deployment documentation of projects
- Able to provide training with on-going maintenance as per projects involving corporate, community and educational clients
Computer Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MYOB
Value added: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
Qualifications: Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Administration (Finance and Economics), Massey; Certificate in Adult Teaching, Te Wananga o Aotearoa; Postgraduate Diploma of Finance, China; Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Statistics, China
