Seeking: Business Development/Customer Service/Property Management

Key Skills and Experience:

  • New Zealand and overseas experience in business development, sales and marketing and management in service organisations and tourism
  • Professional knowledge of property business including property finance and accounting – experience in property management
  • Excellent communication, training and customer service skills
  • Networking, PR and negotiation skills
  • Highly competent organisational skills with a disciplined approach to project management and executive reporting
  • Analytical and decisive in pressure situations
  • Excellent administrative and financial skills in budgeting and forecasting

Computer Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MYOB

Value added: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi

Qualifications: Bachelor of Property, University of Auckland
