Seeking: Administration /Accounts Admin/ Customer service / Team leader
Friendly, helpful and positive disposition with strong administration, customer service and organisational skills, I am capable of managing projects / tasks from start to finish ensuring the timeframes are met.
Key skills and Experience
- Reliable and resourceful administrator with extensive experience in business and client management
- Proven effectiveness at managing events, developing written material for presentations and producing marketing packages to improve funding prospects
- Understanding of accounting practices including: double entry, accounts receivable / payable, balance sheets, profit / loss, GST and projections
- Ability to interpreted the client’s needs, source data, quotes and specifications to recommend a wide range of options
Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Qualifications: Graduate Diploma in Business
