Seeking: Administration Assistant/Customer Service

Well organised and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to office managers and work colleagues, I enjoy working in a busy office environment.  My approachable nature assists in establishing and building good working relationships with a wide range of people.

Key skills and Experience

  • Capable of performing administrative and office support activities including generating monthly reports like gross / net profitability and sales reports
  • Ability to show empathy for customers by understanding the situation and establishing effective solutions
  • Comfortable liaising and communicating confidently with clients and colleagues by telephone, email or face to face 

Computer Skills:  MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
