Seeking: Human Resource Administration/Employment Relations

Key Skills and Experience:

  • New graduate with experience in HR Systems Development and administration (data entry)
  • Experience in planning, recruitment, developing performance management, training and development, health and safety
  • Knowledge about HR policies and procedures
  • Broad knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Relations
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

Computer Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MYOB

Value added: Fluent in Persian

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, AUT
