The NZ Pacific Business Council's objective is to promote and facilitate two-way trade between NZ and the 26 Pacific Island nations of Polynesia, Melanesia and Micronesia. Formed in March 2005, the NZPBC has developed associations with businesses in NZ and the Pacific Islands, as well as engaging with Government and NGOs, to improve trade and economic outcomes in the region.
